Variable Frequency Resonant Withstand Voltage Test Set , High Voltage Test Set For UHV Substation or GIS

I. Application :


This series of test system mainly aims at AC voltage withstand test of primary equipment of large capacitor and high voltage and can also satisfy field AC voltage withstand test of sorts of capacitance apparatus. HV test reactors use combined series-parallel patterns which not only meet the requirements of voltage withstand of HV transformer, GIS, SF6 breakers,mutual inductions and bushings but also that of long distance XLPE cables ,with compatibility of extensive tests to be a desired voltage withstand test device for power supply system overhauling and electric power engineer construction units.

The above picture is for variable series resonance test system of 5000KVA/1000KV on test field in Shanxi Jindongnan Substation, testing HV
GIS of 1000KV class UHV line in domestic.

Applicable objects
- Long distance XLPE cables with 110KV,220KV,500KV class
- HV GIS or GIL, HV coupling capacitor,capacitor voltage transformer of no more than 1000KV class
- Assembling capacitor(test frequency pledges in 45—65Hz)

3. HV Damping inductance can be optional for suppressing high frequency harmonics and resisting overvoltage caused from tested object flashover, special in EHV or UHV test set.
